    融媒体时代发展条件下，县级融媒体中心需要转变思维，重视提升新闻宣传工作，对当前存在的弱势因素进行分析，重视优化机遇和发展，提出符合融媒体时代发展的新思路和新建议，加深对融媒体中心的新闻宣传作用，拓展县级电视台新闻宣传作用，对其中的不足和机遇进行研究，研究提升融媒体时代县级新闻中心的宣传管理。
