    新时期，高职院校更加注重培养实用技术人才。从产学结合的角度来看，高职教学应与企业深度合作，提高高职学生的实践能力。本文首先探讨高职院校产教融合人才培养机制创新英语，进而探究高职院校产教融合人才培养机制创新方法，进而促进高职院校教学水平的全面提高，提高学生的综合素质。
