Abstract：
根据中国所发布的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，中国教育的战略目标是，到2020年教育的现代化需要基本实现，学习型的社会需要基本的构成，人人学习的社会氛围需要浓烈，所以高中生物核心素质的内涵与培养策略是紧扣教育改革发展战略主题的一个重要热点，普通高中的教育目标现在不仅仅应该是为了使学生的分数提高。
