数学作为一门理学类学科，所涉及的内容是非常广泛的。其不仅涉及数学理论知识，还涉及数学文化。随着我国素质教育的不断推进，初中数学教师在教学中不仅要对初中生的数学思维和能力进行培养，同时也要向初中生传授数学文化，在提升数学教学质量的同时，提升初中生的数学素养。
