Abstract：
在学校教育中，产生了一个特殊的群体，被称为学困生。这个群体不仅表现在学业成绩相对滞后，往往也体现在学习的主观能动性较弱。本文尝试初探学困生的现状，从其成因入手，针对学困生因学业挫败、他人评价失当而导致的消极态度，以潜移默化的方式给予学困生恰当的目标、过程和结果反馈，引导其重塑自我概念，形成积极的自我认识，悦纳自我，更好地融入集体，促进每个个体的健康发展。
