    Abstract：

    新时代核心素养理念下的农村课堂教学，要求老师不仅要具备丰富的专业知识，还应将打造高效课堂新型模式落实到发展学生核心素养过程中去。作为一名教师，我们必须积极更新理念、与时俱进，力求在教育综合素养方面有所建树。本文中，笔者结合教学实践，立足于小学英语高效课堂的构建，站位于新时代核心素养理念，将对农村小学英语高效课堂构建策略进行有效探究。
