Abstract：
女工除了在工作岗位上正常履职外，还要照顾家庭，她们承担了工作和家庭的双重责任。她们不仅必须像男性雇员一样完成工作任务，而且还要照顾好家里的父母、孩子，她们在工作和生活中比男性雇员承受更大的压力。如何通过提高素质来改善女工的身心健康，使其克服工作和生活中的种种困难，适应社会的快速发展，已成为企业女工管理的首要任务。
