    在培养跳水运动员的过程中，要紧紧围绕基础训练、专项训练以及心理素质方面的训练，从这三方面来提高跳水运动员的竞技水平，获得良好的成绩。本文以跳水运动员培养的方法为切入点，阐述跳水运动员的培养方法，希望能够给予广大跳水教练员以及训练员一定的帮助。
