    作为数学老师，为了提高学生的综合素质，我埋头苦干，弄得自己身心疲惫，却收效甚微。经过多年的摸爬滚打，我终于从教学实践中探索出成功奥秘。从之前的事倍功半到现在的事倍功半，称得上是我一部难念的“减负经”。
