Abstract：
小学教育教学中会存在着插班生转入学校园内学习的现象，插班生在学校学习中会因为对环境的不熟悉、对教师与同学的不熟悉而很难适应新的班级环境，不只影响了插班生在小学学习的质量，也会因为在班级内未能遵守纪律而影响其他学生学习。同时，插班生还会因为不适应而影响心理健康成长，需要教师在教育教学中注重插班生，并采取有效的措施促进插班生快速适应新的环境，并能够与其他学生共同参与教学活动，实现健康成长的目标。
