Abstract：
特级教师于漪老师主编的《教育魅力》主要从教师职业定位、教育发展历程以及教学思想等三个方面进行了论述教学魅力的含义，阅读后，本人认为教师魅力在锤炼人格魅力、提升专业水平、树立示范榜样、发挥师爱魅力。
