Abstract：
建筑施工管理过程中存在着很多安全问题及潜在的风险，加强建筑施工风险管理已然成为建筑企业需要重视的重点问题。确保建筑施工安全是建筑工程有序运行的重要前提，只有做好建设过程中的施工风险管控工作，才能有效预防和及时处理很多潜在的风险隐患及安全事故。为此，本文以建筑施工管理为研究切入点，详实阐述加强建筑施工风险管理的重要作用，深入分析建筑施工管理中存在的风险，并尝试以问题为依据从多个角度提出加强建筑施工风险管控的改进策略，以期可以为建筑施工企业提升施工风险管控水平提供些许有益借鉴。
