    Abstract：

    对于科学技术的持续发展。如果建筑公司想要进一步发展。他们应该具有长远的眼光。传统技术既不能适应当今的发展，也不能为公司创造巨大的经济利益。但是，使用BIM 技术可以有效解决此问题。BIM 技术通过创建 BIM 模型并使用 BIM技术模拟结构来基本保证土木工程。承包商可以根据建筑项目的特点选择使用BIM技术。
