Abstract：
社会经济快速发展使得教育事业得到了全新改革，而学校和教师也在学生教育方式上做出了积极改变和完善。新课程改革方针实施背景下，课堂上学生主体性越来越显著，学生课堂学习有效性也能得到有效提升。小学数学科目是学生必学课程，课堂教学中教师合理设计有效性问题能够一定程度激发学生学生学习兴趣，最终实现小学数学课堂教学任务。让提问成为课堂点睛之笔，教师提问学生回答问题，培养学生参与课堂积极性成为重要研究问题。
