    本文研究的主要目的是为了明确在新课改的大背景下，如何培养小学生科学素养，通过提出一些教学策略来提升当前小学生的科学素养，进而推动我国小学科学教育的发展。此次研究选用的是文献研究法，通过对相应文献的查找，为文章的分析提供一些理论基础。
