    Abstract：

    随着素质教育的推进，对初中语文老师提出了新的教学要求，老师不仅要传授学生基础的语文知识，更要培养学生的自主学习能力，让学生能够积极主动地探索文章，在老师的教导下顺利地完成学习任务。老师在教学中要有意识地培养学生的综合能力，精心设计教学方案，帮助学生完善知识体系，不断地提升学生的学习兴趣，从而提升教学效率。而且老师要经常与学生互动沟通，及时地了解学生的学习状态，激发学生的学习潜力，从而提升学生的自主学习能力。
