    Abstract：

    自新课程改革实施以来，小学数学教师由于受自身素质、业务能力等等各方面因素的影响，在对实验教材的解读、使用过程中出现了一些较为严重的问题，现可归纳为以下三种现象：其一是重量不重质；其二是重形不重意；其三是重点不重面。针对这些现象，本文从小学数学实验教材编写的特点及教师解读教材的角度出发，提出三条行之有效的解决策略。
