Abstract：
美术能提高人的艺术素养，在教育领域中的美术学科，在践行素质教育过程中发挥不可替代的作用，传统教学模式下教育者往往重视主要学科如语文、数学、英语的教学，并致力于让学生取得理想的成绩。在教育改革的背景下，应进一步应用现代信息技术深入开展美术教学，针对中小学的基础教育阶段，探讨提高美术课堂教学质量和效率的策略。
