    Abstract：

    随着年级的不断上升，学生在学习方面的难度也在随之增长，与此同时也会使学生对学科产生畏难心理，初中数学学科的学习内容具有很强的逻辑性和抽象性，因此初中生在学习初中数学的时候会产生巨大的压力，甚至会形成消极应对的心理。针对这一现象，我们该如何让中学生在学习初中数学的过程中抵消畏难的情绪呢？笔者根据实践教育经验通过几个方面来详细的介绍应对方法。
