Abstract：
伴随着我国经济的发展，社会的进步，国内高校不断招生，国家及家长对教育的高度重视，大学生已经普及，几乎每家每户都有大学生，这样也让原来从教育精英转变成大众，同时也给高校学生的管理带来新的问题，最为明显的就是新一代年轻人，思想活跃，生活也在向多元化发展，为此传统的学校管理模式已经不能使用在新一代年轻人身上。现在需要对高校新一代年轻人运用柔性的管理方式。
