Abstract：
斜井并不是一种类型的井，而是很多类型油田井的总称，其中包括水平井、斜直井和定向井这几种类型的井。石油工业发展迅猛，斜井数量也飞速上升，这个现象的主要原因是各种类型的斜井都在油田开发工程中的有着独一无二、不可代替的地位。通过石油工业长期以来的工作经历筛选出的有杆泵采油是公认的最优选择，这也是目前采油工艺技术中最经济的方式。本文深入分析了有什么原因可以影响有杆泵举升深度，并剖析了杆柱偏磨这一常见现象的原因，并对二者提出了可行性建议。
