    Abstract：

    个性化阅读是指站在学生的阅读兴趣与阅读能力上发起的阅读教学活动，是对学生文化学习欲望的最高满足。针对学生的素质、需求、爱好实行个性化课外阅读指导工作，教师能够进一步了解学生的阅读喜好，从而结合学生的喜好开展阅读活动，实现阅读、记忆、互动的良性循环，激发学生的阅读热情。教师只有以“个性化”为原则设计阅读指导机制，才能提高学生的阅读兴趣。
