    个性化阅读教学已成为语文教育界的共识。个性化阅读教学是以尊重学生个性为基础，以促进学生个性发展为目标的教育过程。个性化阅读教学的实施必须构建平等和谐的师生关系、树立以学生为中心的教学理念，营造适合个性化教学的课堂环境、制定合理的教学目标等。
