    职业高中体育教学也是其基础性的重要科目之一，能够帮助学生身心健康发展，从当前的职业高中体育教学现状中可以看出，其中许多教学环节都已形成固定模式，未能有太多创新点，已逐渐无法满足职业高中学生的需求。因此，职业高中体育教学需要融入新的元素进行改革和发展。本文对拓展训练与职业高中体育教学的融合展开探讨，分析其中的必要性和可行性，帮助职业高中体育教学达到更高效的教学成果。
