    Abstract：

    随着高等职业院校的教育体系不断完善，为国家培养了越来越多的专业技术人才。本文从高等职业院校机械加工专业的职业技能鉴定工作入手，分析研究职业技能鉴定对于高职院校教学的意义，探究其中存在的不足之处，找寻应对方法，通过7S方式对培训现场管理能力的提升，来整体推动高等职业院校职业技能鉴定工作。
