    Abstract：

    长期以来留守儿童的教育问题都是社会各界所关注的，也是教育事业发展过程中亟须解决的问题之一，尤其是在精准扶贫背景下，更应该发动各方面的力量，建立教育长效机制，从而帮助留守儿童获得更好的教育甚至是生活。近几年教育部提出了教育也要精准扶贫的政策，这为长效机制的制定提供了可靠保障，进一步促进了留守儿童的健康成长。本文从我国留守儿童存在的教育问题入手，并提出了构建教育长效机制的有效措施。
