水利工程作为社会民生工程，受到了人们的重视和关注，在施工质量及其综合效益上，提出更高的要求。碾压施工作为新型技术，影响大坝建设质量、施工进度以及综合效益，为顺利完成水利施工，提高工程质量和经济效益，需要灵活应用碾压混凝土技术，以提高技术水平为方法，保质高效地完成水利施工。
