Abstract：

实物档案主要是指企业生产、基建以及科研技术等工作中形成的奖杯、证书以及奖状等实际性的奖励材料，其中实物档案具有直观性和多样性的特点如锦旗、重要纪念品等，其在企业运行的过程中能够象征性的展示企业的成就，并且具有良好的宣传价值。因此本文将基于其重要性对其管理利用的路径进行探究。
