    微课，作为一种时兴的课程资源被广大教师普遍应用于学生学习活动中，有效提高了学习效果的同时，也推动了教师教学方式转变。在教学研究中，笔者将微课与微教研尝试进行有机整合，在不断地学习与实践中，获得如下点滴认识。
