    中学生正处于青春期，这是他们身心发展的重要阶段，因此进行相应的心理健康教育是非常重要的。教师要将心理学的教学方法与现有教育手段相结合，以便学生在学习知识的同时可以保持身心健康。因此，如何在中学语文教育中渗透心理健康教育，已成为一项关乎教育成效和学生长远发展的重要研究课题。
