    随着新时代的到来，学生的核心品质的培养成了教育的最重要的部分。在这种情况下，如果想在小学实现高效率的美术课堂建设，就必须从学生的多级艺术成果开始，继续积极有效的进行美术教育和对学生的训练，使学生能够继续提高他们的艺术水平和整体素养，促进艺术学习的整体成长，提高艺术教学的及时性。
