    Abstract：

    阅读和写作是英语这门语言学科中有着紧密联系的两大模块，两者相辅相成。然而在实际的英语教学中，阅读和写作被割裂开来，阅读课上只字不提写作，写作课上对阅读缄口不言。教师没有为学生提供系统的输入和输出的转换练习，导致学生的英语素养差，学习效果低。基于这一现状，英语教师要加强对读写结合教学模式的探讨，以期提高初中英语教学的有效性。
