    在新课标的要求下，初中教学工作，全面从知识教育转向德育。以往的初中德育工作停留在表面，没有实质的德育；并且德育思维也非常落后，教学质量非常差。本文将浅析初中德育方法中，励志教育的德育方法，为德育工作提出粗浅的看法。
