    Abstract：

    为了提高班主任班级管理的效率，引导学生参与班级管理，培养学生自主学习能力、团体合作能力、人际交往能力等。笔者初次探索在中职班级管理中采用导生+小组合作学习模式，本文从导生+小组合作学习模式的概述、特点和实施等方面进行阐述，并总结了导生+小组合作学习在中职班级管理中的意义。
