    Abstract：

    在教育改革的新时期，中职体育教学的作用越来越被重视，中职体育教学的地位不断提高。在现阶段的中职教学中，以往体育教学模式中的弊端逐渐显现出来，不利于学生的体育学习。学习体育，不仅能够使学生学习到更多有用的体育知识，并且有利于提高学生的身体素质，增强学生体魄，促进学生各方面能力的全面发展。因此，本文简单分析了中职体育教学中面临的困境，并且提出了一系列解决问题的相应对策。
