    高校精准资助是对资助工作的补充与提升，主要通过采用合理的资助制度和资助政策对家庭经济困难学生实施精准识别、精准帮扶和精准管理，实现物质扶贫与精神扶志精准结合，最终达到精准资助育人的目的。
