    微课与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式对学生和教师具有重要意义。首先，它可以提高学习者的独立学习能力和主观能动性。第二位学习者的学习态度使我想学习。最后，扩大学习者的社会能力，减少学困学。对于教师，他们可以提前了解学习者的学习情况，并在学习者的中进行个别辅导。同时教师的教学设计能力和实施能力将得到改善。
