    Abstract：

    随着经济体制改革的深化和发展，概预算的编制方法、内容和费用组成近年来变化很大，加之建筑工程规模大、涉及面广、技术复杂、周期长，使建筑工程超概预算问题出现频繁。因此，完善概预算工作，加强施工现场管理对造价控制十分必要。本文分析了工程造价超预算的原因分析，探讨了工程造价概预算的控制策略。
