    学校管理坚持以人为本是对传统的学校管理模式的突破，也是对传统学校管理理论的丰富和发展。以人为本的精致管理是体现以人为主体的管理，即学校的一切工作的出发点和落脚点都要把人放到中心位置，做到学校为人、学校靠人，在学校管理过程中充分发挥人的作用。
