    Abstract：

    随着教学改革的深入，“以生为本”的教育理念在数学课堂中的渗透也更加深入。构建高效课堂能够真正回归学生的学习主体地位，初中数学教师应该从学生学习需求出发，采用多元化的教学手段，以此激发学生学习积极性，促使学生自主学习，使其能够主动探究问题、分析问题、解决问题，从而达到高效提高学生学习能力的效果。
