    Abstract：

    随着社会的飞速发展和教学理念的不断更新，教师的自我教学要求也在同步提升。在小学数学教学中，教师应认真贯彻新课改要求，在尊重学生个体差异的基础上，根据学生所处阶段的不同而采取差异化的分层教学法进行知识讲解，以实现激发学生学习兴趣，提升其学习水平。基于此，本文将结合笔者多年的实践教学经验，对小学数学课堂分层式教学的有效应用展开深入研究。
