Abstract：
我国优秀传统文化是从古至今发展过程中遗留下来的文化产物，并且在传统文化中蕴含着丰富的道德理念引导着人们健康的发展，如果将传统文化与学校教育相结合可以有效提升学生的道德品质并实现当前我国素质教育的目标。因此，小学德育管理工作中要将传统文化融入学校教育教学中，并让传统文化拥有的道德理念去作用于学生的思想意识中，进而引导小学生能够拥有正确的道德理念并运用道德理念分辨是非，实现学生健康成长与发展的目标。
