    Abstract：

    根据教育部2017年所颁布的《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》中关于高校辅导员在高校教育体系中的角色定位与任务的要求，高校辅导。同时，作为学生日常生活中遇到困难后的首要寻求帮助的对象，辅导员的角色除了教学外，更多的是作为学生的良师益友的存在在大学期间对学生产生着潜移默化的影响。鉴于此，文章结合笔者多年工作经验，对高校辅导员的职业道德建设的现状及对策研究提出了一些建议，仅供参考。
