    Abstract：

    教师惩戒权作为教师的一项专业权力，在教育实践中的却陷入教师“不敢用不愿用”的困境。究其原因，主要是教师惩戒权在教育立法上的缺失和教师权威下降、家长对教师不理解、社会过多负面宣传教师惩戒行为。为此，本文从探究如何让教师真正乐用活用教师惩戒权，让教师安教乐教。
