    Abstract：

    高中英语听力在高考中占的比重较大，而且在以后的工作中也非常重要。因此，教师对听力教学必须引起高度重视。为了更好地适应新课程标准要求，教师应在平时的教学中制定合理有效的策略，立足传统教学模式，创造性地指导学生进行听力的学习。在本文中就重点对高中英语听力有效教学谈几点体会。
