    随着我国学生素质教育的不断推进和深入实施，现代社会的发展不断深化和提高了高校对人才教育的要求，重视人才道德教育，将道德教育作为培养学生社会实践、认同和创新综合能力的基本素质。学校德育是我国不断提高初中生综合素质教育的主要竞争阵地，必须把德育放在一切德育教学和科研任务的首位。
