为了增强学生的体育学习兴趣，从而提高身体素质，文章探究了初中体育多样化的教学方法，包括增加游戏比例，提升课堂趣味；关注学生特性，科学开展活动；运用现代设备进行教学，与时俱进；理论和实践双管齐下。
