    Abstract：

    对于小学生来说，正处在一个对未知世界的好奇时期，对于枯燥的课堂生活可能有些不太适应，限制了学生的天性，尤其是对于数学这样逻辑性比较强的学科，对于学生来说就比较无聊，没有吸引力。那么作为数学老师就应该想方设法对其进行一个科学的引导，让学生能够进行自主学习，让他们对知识的渴求有所表达，用和善的语言进行关心，营造一个舒适的课堂环境，培养学生对于学习的热情，对数学教学产生兴趣，从而有效的提高教学质量。
