Abstract：
英语阅读分层教学符合学生的身心发展，是有利于学生英语水平提升的教学理念。但在初中英语阅读分层教学中，还存在着如教师综合素养不够，学生难以接受，教学方式不够新颖等诸多问题。本文从教师和学生两个主体出发，多层次、多方面、综合性地分析了初中英语阅读分层教学设计的现状及存在的问题，并对初中英语阅读分层教学设计进行了探讨。
