Abstract：
随着社会经济的飞速发展，医疗保险基金管理的发展更加规范化。随着我国医疗保障体系的完善，严格执行法律法规规范，进一步建立和规范城乡居民基本医疗保障基金服务，对构建科学城乡居民基本医疗保障制度起到重要作用，它与提升人民幸福指数息息相关。本文立足医疗保险基金管理的发展现状，围绕保险基金管理中存在的问题进行分析，并实行了一系列行之有效的管理对策，供大家借鉴参考。
